I love that Dads always instinctively toss the child in the air during their Denver one year photo sessions. Love the movement of his hair in this photo-and well the sweet open mouthed expressions is a winner somehow, too!

Can you believe there was still snow on the ground for this May Denver One year cake smash session? Mom took a bit of time with her final photo session selection for edits, here we are posting photo sessions with snow in them in the midst of July. :) Still the cutest thing ever!! :)

Denver Maternity and Newborn Photographer | The L Fam

The best thing about being a newborn and maternity photographer in Denver is seeing these sweet fams come back to me for their second and third pregnancies. I’ll include a few photos from our three other sessions - I think the latest session is my favorite!!!

Lisa texted me around twenty minutes before our session time and said that our maternity photo session location was closed due to a fire! We ended up at a nearby park and while it’s not what we planned, we went with the flow and I really love the images from our little not on fire impromptu photo session location selection. It doesn’t hurt that this crew is incredibly photogenic on all accounts!

I took this photo, looked at my camera and immediately said Lisa’s name really excited and like holy cannoli hot mama you look incredible and this light is just my fav thing ever. I love love love love love maternity sessions with so much of my heart and soul that words can’t quite articulate fully. A few shots from previous times with the L fam….This shot of Ryder’s chill little newborn fingers stacked on top of each other is one of my favorite detail shots to date!

Denver Photographer | Kutner Family Denver Photo Session

I ADORE seeing out of state families bring their little ones to Denver for a photo session in the mountains!!! At the end of the session, the sweet older sister gave me a huge leg hug and told me she wanted me to have her bouquet of flowers and at the end of the session I basically melted into a puddle of Denver Newborn Photographer.

Especially when momma and her kiddos are basically models. My Denver Photographer heart went mega swoon over this crew.

I love this image so much. So much love and appreciation for the newborn life in their arms….Their very own miracle….AND a photobombing pup sniffing some of the new goods in the nursery! :) Have I mentioned how much I adore Denver Newborn Photo Sessions that have dogs in them?!?! :)

I’ve mentioned the whole newborn session with dogs thing, right?? Haha. This was not setup, no treats were used. Sheer puppy interested in their baby action going on here. My heart exploded!

I mean…..are you even kidding me??!?! Again, these shots aren’t staged. There may be a bit of coaxing or snuggles involved but totally doggie directed Denver newborn session here in full effect. :) Cheers to this crew, sending all the love to newborn baby Hadley and her sweet fur siblings! Hayes | Denver 9 Month Baby Photo Session

I absolutely adore this time of year. The weather is simply perfect, the scenery is breathtaking, and the little ones are out enjoying the sunshine - what could be better? As a devoted Denver Newborn Photographer, this season fills my heart with so much joy. There's something truly magical about capturing sweet newborns in natural light and open spaces. Being able to photograph these precious babes outdoors brings a sense of freedom and creativity that I cherish deeply. These are the golden days, my friends—moments to treasure and memories to hold onto forever!

I truly adore celebrating that beautiful moment when two people step into their new roles as parents—it's such a special transition. But I also find so much value in honoring the love and connection that brought them there in the first place: their marriage. That bond deserves to be celebrated just as much. I absolutely love this photo of mom and dad together, just the two of them—no baby in their arms, just a quiet moment between partners. And while it may seem like they're alone, their sweet little one is right next to me, watching his amazing parents in action. It’s a perfect glimpse into the love that surrounds him.

What an absolutely darling little doll he is! Just look at him—could his hair be any sweeter or softer? It looks like the kind you just can't resist running your fingers through. Have you ever met another human and just felt like they were the sweetest ever? These two make the cut for that list for sure!! I met this crew for big brother’s newborn session four years ago! Here’s little brother, cute as ever. Gosh am I thankful to be a newborn and baby photographer in Denver. :)

Denver Newborn Photographer | Welcome Lincoln!

Oh what a gorgeous crew this fam is! Look at the hair on little Lincoln!!! Anytime I see hair like this on a newborn, I immediately ask mom if she experienced heartburn. I’d say unless there are some heritage factors at play, I hear YES! OMG I was sitting up in bed with Tums every night! about 95% of the time!

The personality in these two omg! They were telling me all the things before the session while little brother was finishing feeding.

Can we just agree that there is something special about a black and white photo of a family that’s just welcomed a newborn? Timeless, classic and precious.

Big brother rushed down the stairs and asked for a photo of his own with his new baby brother and I almost burst into pieces. When they ask for a photo, I always say yes! :) How sweet?!?!?
